- Customers are responsible for their countries taxes and import duties. This is determined by each country and Tacoola has no control over these costs.
- All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post Office.
- A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

- Please note that international orders cannot be sent to a Military PO Box address.
Tacoola wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:
- Items are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- All items must be in original condition, including the original packaging.
- Tags and hygiene stickers must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed.
- No damage torn on our vintage denim distressing while trying on
- The item was not purchased as a sample.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
