Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

Customers are responsible for their countries taxes and import duties. This is determined by each country and Tacoola has no control over these costs.

S H I P P I N G  &  D E L I V E R Y

Shipping days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 

All orders are dispatched before 12pm via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Please note that any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.

During sale periods, please allow an additional 2 business days for orders to be  dispatched. 

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Standard Post within Australia:

For metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural, WA and NT delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.

Express Post within Australia:

For metro delivery, please allow 1-2 working days & for Rural, WA and NT delivery, please allow 2-3 working days.

All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post Centre. 

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised. 

International:
We ship to New Zealand, USA, UK & Selected European Countries using Australia Post Pack & Track International or DHL Express.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard post & 3-7 days for express.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment of the item so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
If your desired shipping Country is not listed above, please contact info@tacoola.com.au to discuss alternate shipping options.

Item Availability
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

REFUNDS

We have a Strict NO REFUND Policy on both sale items and items brought online

(see below for information regarding our returns policy.)

R E T U R N S

Tacoola wants everyone to be happy with their purchases and are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style excluding sale items.
Please contact info@tacoola.com.au for any queries.
If you would like to exchange your Tacoola items, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product to ensure we can accommodate your request.
All Australian exchanges will need to be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

For international exchanges, all must be lodged 21 days from day of shipping.


All items must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags and hygiene stickers must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered or if items are showing signs of wear.

No exchanges will be accepted on our Vintage Denim if the distressing is damaged or torn. Please try on carefully so that no damage is done. Be careful not to rip the holes in the denim when trying.


SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

When returning goods within Australia, please enclose:
Your goods for return, including the original packaging and our returns form. 

When returning goods internationally please enclose: your goods for return, including the original packaging, and our returns form. 

Fill out and enclose our Returns Form with your returned item(s).

Tacoola does not cover the return postage costs or cost of the replacement item to be shipped back to you — this cost is at your own expense.
We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. 
Tacoola is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
