At Tacoola, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before completing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Tacoola offers exchanges in the form of store credit equal to the value of your original purchase. This credit will be issued as a unique code and is valid for 72 hours from the time of issuance. Exchanges are only available for items that are currently in stock at the time of redemption.
Conditions for Exchange:

The item must not have been purchased as a sample.

Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact (removal of these will void the return).

Denim distressing: No returns will be accepted if denim is torn or damaged due to distressing while trying on.

Sale items are strictly non-refundable. However, if an incorrect size is purchased, we offer exchanges only if stock is available.

Sample items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No Refunds
Tacoola does not offer refunds, so please choose your items carefully.
Return Process:

Check your items before returning to ensure they are in perfect condition. Tacoola reserves the right to refuse returns of damaged or soiled items.

Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue your store credit via email.

We recommend using trackable mail when returning items, as Tacoola is not responsible for lost parcels.

If you haven’t received a reply within 48 hours, please check your junk/spam folder before reaching out.

HOW DO I RETURN?
1. Email info@tacoola.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Print Returns Form attached HERE.
3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Tacoola reserves the right to not accept any items returned damaged or soiled
4. Ship items back to: Tacoola, PO Box 1373, Stocklands Shopping Centre, Burleigh Waters QLD 4220
5. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will email your store credit.
** We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned**
** Please check your junk folder if you have not received a reply within 48 hours**
