Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
Customers are responsible for their countries taxes and import duties.

S H I P P I N G  &  D E L I V E R Y

Standard within Australia:
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Please note that any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.
For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

Express within Australia:
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Please note that any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.
For Metro delivery, please allow 1-2 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 2-3 working days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, DHL will issue a notification so that you can phone and organise an alternate delivery time.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised. 

International:
We ship to New Zealand, USA, UK & Selected European Countries using Australia Post Pack & Track International or DHL Express.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard post & 3-7 days for express.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
If your desired shipping Country is not listed above, please contact info@tacoola.com.au to discuss alternate shipping options.

Item Availability
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

REFUNDS

We have a Strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE Policy on both sale items and items bought online.

R E T U R N S

Tacoola bikini wants everyone to be happy with their purchases and are happy to offer a exchange for any faulty items, however not due to change of mind.
Please contact info@tacoola.com.au for any queries.
If you would like to exchange your Tacoola items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to ensure we can accommodate your request.
All Australian exchanges will need to be exchanged within 7 days of day of purchase.

For international exchanges, all must be lodged 21 days from day of shipping.
All items must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags and hygiene stickers must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered or is otherwise showing signs of wear.
Sale items will not be accepted for return.

When returning goods within Australia, please enclose:
Your goods for return, including the original packaging and return address information pre-filled on a postal bag with contact details and our returns form.

 

For international returns deposit $25.00 AUD into our paypal account: info@tacoola.com.au for return shipping. As well as notifying us via email at info@tacoola.com.au that you have made the $25.00 deposit prior to sending goods, (exchanged goods will not be sent until shipping payment has cleared within paypal.)

When returning goods internationally please enclose: your goods for return, including the original packaging, and our returns form.

Tacoola Bikini does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense.
We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. 
Tacoola Bikini is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
