POLICY

Tacoola wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:

  • Items are returned within 7 days of purchase 
  • All items must be in original condition, including the original packaging 
  • Tags and hygiene stickers must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed
  • No damage torn on our vintage denim distressing while trying on
  • The item was not purchased as a sample
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer 

*** Please note that sale items are strictly non-refundable. However, we do offer exchanges for items that are the incorrect size, provided that stock is available. ***

 **Sample items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty**

** Credit Codes given are valid for 6 months **

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

1.  Email info@tacoola.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 2.  Print Returns Form attached HERE

 3.  Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Tacoola reserves the right to not accept any items returned damaged or soiled

 4. Ship items back to the address provided on the returns form. 

 5. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will email your store credit which is valid for 6 months from issue date. 

** We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned**

** Please check your junk folder if you have not received a reply within 48 hours**
