• All orders are dispatched before 12pm via Australia Post e-Parcel or DHL.
• Please note that any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.
• During sale periods, please allow an additional 2 business days for orders to be  dispatched. 
• Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post Office. 
• A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
